Refund policy

At FabVerse3D, each product is made using 3D printing technology, often on a made-to-order or customized basis. We take quality seriously and inspect every item before dispatch.

Returns

  • We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Color or finish variations inherent to 3D printing (these are not considered defects)

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
