At FabVerse3D, each product is made using 3D printing technology, often on a made-to-order or customized basis. We take quality seriously and inspect every item before dispatch.
Returns

We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

Customized or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Color or finish variations inherent to 3D printing (these are not considered defects)
Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
